Your data lives in a file you own
WorkVoicer has no server and no accounts. Your clients, jobs and invoices are kept in a single database file on your device, the same kind of file other apps use, and the app works on it right in your browser.
Chrome, Edge & other Chromium browsers
You pick where the file lives and WorkVoicer saves to it automatically as you work.
Firefox & Safari
These browsers can't save to a file directly, so use Download backup after making changes. The app reminds you when there's something unsaved.
Or use your Google Drive
Any browser: your database lives in your own Drive, saves automatically, and follows you to every device. WorkVoicer can only see the file it creates.
Cleared your browser data?
Nothing is lost. Open the app, choose Open an existing database file, and everything is back.

Is it really free?
Yes. There's no paid plan and nothing to sign up for.
Does it work offline?
Yes. After your first visit, the app works without an internet connection, including making PDFs. You can also install it so it opens like a regular app.
Can I use it on more than one device?
Yes. The easiest way is to choose Continue with Google Drive on each device: your data is kept in your own Drive and stays in step automatically. Or keep the database file in a synced folder (iCloud Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox) and open it on the other device.
Can anyone else see my invoices?
No. Your data is never sent to us. It stays in your browser and your file, or in your own Google Drive if you choose that. The website only delivers the app itself.
What happens if I lose the file?
The same as losing any important file, so keep a backup. Saving the file in a cloud-synced folder is the easiest way. You can also download a copy any time from Settings.
